Originally created by GRAVEL founder Michael Knudsen for Hazel Guggenheim, this fragrance reflects a shared vision of elegance, individuality, and quiet strength. Once bottled exclusively to order due to its rare ingredients, Hazel returns in 2023 — a long-awaited relaunch of a truly personal creation.

The scent opens with a vibrant trio of mandarin, lime, and bergamot, sparkling and bright. These citrus notes awaken the senses and set a fresh, uplifting tone — confident, but never overpowering.

At its heart, ylang-ylang brings an exotic softness, blended with powdery iris, crisp fig leaf, and the green floral nuance of neroli. The result is refined and radiant, with a natural warmth that feels both modern and timeless.

The base is smooth and graceful. Soft musk, earthy vetiver, and a touch of tonka bean add depth, texture, and quiet sensuality. The dry-down is elegant and long-lasting, leaving behind a clean, powdery finish that lingers with poise.
