Description
Cape Heartache Candle carries the calm presence of deep forests, cool air, and quiet memories shaped by wide open landscapes.
The story behind the name recalls Philip Sava’s journey through the Pacific Northwest in the late nineteenth century. He wrote of towering coastal trees, a hidden homestead, and a romance that lingered like mist over the mountains. That feeling of leaving the familiar and finding comfort in new ground lives within the warm glow of this candle.
The blend is created in an eleven ounce soy based wax with a cotton wick that burns cleanly for up to fifty five hours. Its fragrance moves gently through Douglas fir, a soft touch of strawberry, and the calm presence of mountain fog. The air becomes cooler and clearer, as if carried from a distant trail lined with evergreens.
When lit, the candle shifts the atmosphere of a room with steady warmth. It is the scent of open woods, of lighting small sticks around a fading campfire, and of moments when reflection feels natural and easy. It carries the emotional weight of a heart once broken and the quiet strength gained in the years that follow.
Cape Heartache brings a sense of escape and renewal, a familiar warmth wrapped in peaceful forest air.
